Shipping policy

Every piece from Rising Embers is made to order. We partner with Printify to bring each design to life — which means your order is crafted specifically for you after you place it. Here's what to expect.

Production & Processing Time

All orders require 2–7 business days for production before they ship. This is the time it takes to print, quality-check, and prepare your order. Production times may extend slightly during high-demand periods or holidays — we'll always communicate any significant delays.

Estimated Delivery Windows

Once your order ships, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • Canada: 5–10 business days
  • United Kingdom & Europe: 5–14 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–20 business days

Total time from order to delivery = production time + shipping time. For most domestic orders, expect 5–14 business days total. International orders may take 2–4 weeks in total.

Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions — keep an eye on our announcements.

International Orders & Customs

International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total. Rising Embers has no control over customs processing times, which can occasionally add delays.

Delays & Lost Packages

Once an order leaves our fulfillment partner, delivery is in the hands of the carrier. If your tracking shows no movement for more than 10 business days(domestic) or 20 business days(international), please reach out to us at risingembersclothing@yahoo.com and we'll investigate and make it right.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carrier issues, customs holds, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — address changes cannot be guaranteed after production begins.

Tracking

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order is on its way. Use it to follow your package's journey to your door.
